What happens next
We respond to every email and form submission within 48 business hours, usually faster. Here's what to expect once you get in touch:
- First reply — a real person (not a templated auto-responder) confirming we got your message and asking any clarifying questions about your project.
- Site basics — we'll ask about size, intended use, where the shed will live, and how soon you want it. No pressure, no sales script.
- Rough pricing — within 1–2 business days of having the basics, we send a written estimate. No "starting at" prices that change later.
- Refinement — most projects evolve. We work with you on materials, options, and budget until the build matches what you want.
- Build & delivery — once approved, lead times typically run 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and season.
What to include when you contact us
The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can quote you. If you have it, share:
- Approximate size — even rough ("around 10×12") is fine
- Intended use — storage, workshop, studio, coop, kids' fort, etc.
- Your zip code — for delivery distance and a real total
- Timeline — when you'd like it delivered
- Photos of the site — flat? sloped? near power lines? optional but helpful

Frequently asked questions
Where do you deliver?
Throughout New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Most of our work is in Upstate NY (Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Columbia, Greene, and Schoharie counties), western CT (Litchfield, Fairfield), and northern NJ. If you're outside the tri-state and want a quote, ask — we'll let you know honestly whether it makes sense.
Do you offer financing?
Not directly. Most customers pay 50% deposit at order, balance on delivery. If you need a longer payment plan, ask — we'll work with you where we can.
Can I visit the workshop?
Our workshop isn't open to visitors — it's a private, working shop. If you'd like to see build quality, materials, or finished work before ordering, just email us and we'll send photos, videos, or references from past customers. Many buyers also schedule a delivery-day walkthrough once their shed is set on site.
Do you build anything other than sheds?
Yes. Chicken coops, garden studios, home offices, art studios, outhouses, and bespoke outbuildings. If it's a small wood structure, we've probably built one.
How are you different from the big-box prebuilt sheds?
We're an Amish-built, custom shop — no dealer markups, no pre-fabricated kits trucked in from out of state. Every shed is built for the customer who ordered it, with timber sourced from local mills where possible. Pricing reflects the actual build, not retail markups.
