Warranty Information
Every TimbrCraft shed is built by hand from quality timber and finished to last. We back our work with a clear, no-fine-print warranty.
What's Covered
For a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery, TimbrCraft LLC warrants that each shed will be free from significant defects in workmanship and materials when used as intended. Coverage includes:
- Structural framing — wall studs, roof trusses, and floor joists
- Roof integrity — leak-free under normal weather conditions
- Doors and windows — hardware function and weather sealing
- Siding attachment — board fastening, batten alignment, and trim
- Floor system — pressure-treated skids and flooring
What's Not Covered
- Normal aging of wood — including weathering, color shift, and silvering of unfinished cedar
- Damage from neglect, misuse, or modifications made after delivery
- Damage from acts of nature beyond reasonable design loads (hurricanes, fallen trees, flooding)
- Damage from improper site preparation (water pooling under floor, frost heave on uneven ground, contact with soil that wasn't part of our scope)
- Cosmetic finish wear on painted or stained surfaces — typical re-finish interval is 5–10 years
- Issues caused by relocating the shed after delivery

We respond to every warranty inquiry within 5 business days. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion. Repairs are made on-site where possible.
Beyond the Warranty Period
Our sheds are designed to last for decades when properly maintained. Even after the formal warranty period, we're happy to advise on repairs, refinishing, or modifications. Reach out and we'll point you in the right direction — whether that's our team or a local handyman.
Tips for Keeping Your Warranty Intact
