These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of timbrcraft.shop and any orders you place with TimbrCraft LLC ("TimbrCraft," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Website
You may use this website to view our products, request quotes, and contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or compromise the site
- Submit false or misleading information through any form
- Copy or republish our photographs, written content, or designs without permission
Quotes & Custom Build Orders
Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Final pricing depends on the specifications, materials, and delivery distance confirmed at order. Sales tax and delivery fees are added where applicable.
Deposits & payment
Most orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due on delivery. We accept payment by check, ACH/bank transfer, or credit card (a 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments). Other payment terms may be agreed in writing on a per-order basis.
Custom builds and changes
Each shed is custom-built to the specifications confirmed at order. Once construction begins, changes to size, layout, or materials may not be possible, or may incur additional fees. We will always confirm any change in writing before proceeding.
Cancellations
Because each build is made to order, deposits are non-refundable once construction has started. Cancellations before construction starts may be refundable in part — please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery
We deliver throughout New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Lead times typically run 4 to 8 weeks from deposit, depending on size, complexity, and season. The customer is responsible for ensuring delivery access (clearance, level ground, gate width). We will discuss site requirements before scheduling delivery.
Warranty
Each TimbrCraft shed is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty Information page for details.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, written content, designs, and the TimbrCraft name and logo are property of TimbrCraft LLC. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any of this content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
TimbrCraft LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a TimbrCraft product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
